1-2-1 Yoga Sessions
I offer 1-2-1 yoga sessions from the comfort of your own home for those of you who would like:
A bespoke session specifically tailored to your needs and requirements.
The opportunity to go deeper in to yoga postures.
Yoga therapy for healing of physical and mental issues.
You may also be interested in 1-2-1 yoga sessions if you are too busy to attend a yoga class. A 1-2-1 session allows you to save precious time travelling to and from classes and gets rid of the added pressure of trying to find a way to fit in a yoga class around your busy schedule.
You may choose a 1-2-1 yoga session because you feel a little nervous trying yoga for the first time in a class of other people and would like to build up your confidence and practice before heading along to a class.
1-2-1 sessions can be booked as a one-off class or on a regular basis. I am also happy to teach small groups (be that family or friends).
