Pre & Post Natal Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy yoga is wonderful for both baby and mum. Classic yoga poses are adapted to suit each individual pregnancy so that you relax, strengthen, align and tone your body. You will learn breathing techniques and postures that will help you to manage your pregnancy, prepare and aid you for birth and benefit you long after your baby has been born.
You can attend pregnancy yoga sessions once you have reached your 12 week scan and all is ok with baby. You may like to inform your midwife that you intend to practice yoga.
