Within my yoga classes I tend to follow the principles and practice of the Hatha Yoga style. This means that my classes involve asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques). In all my classes I try to adapt the sessions, wherever possible, to meet the needs of each student. My classes are for the young and the old, the experienced yogi and the beginner; I truly believe there is a value in practising together.
